We will be adding new information here as it is available.
We will be adding details of different vehicles and what MPG as an average these vehicles have gained.
We will also help to generate a list of vehicles that cannot take full advantage of HHO.
First the list of what vehicles that do not take full advantage of using a HHO Generator
Mercedes Benz Gas or Diesel
Some VW TDIs work, some do not.
(The new Efies work on the ones with O2 sensors.)
Honda Accords
(new pulsed EFIE might work)
All Chevy, VW, BMW, Hondas KIA 2007 up
They have the new CAN computer can't fool the sensors (yet)
Ford power strokes 1997-2007
(Due to the double shot injectors You can change these to single shot and then HHO will work.)
Chevy DuraMax diesels
(These have multi pulsed injectors)
Dodge V10s and Ford V10s
(will work if an EFIE is installed 20% gains max)
Chevy 454 Fuel injected
Ford 460 Fuel injected
(Due to engine computers defaulting to set fuel ratios.
We have found out that these will now work if the new Pulsed EFIE is used)
Dodge Hemi
(Gains of 20% but has to have a EFIE NOT o2 extenders)
The new Pulsed Efies are available from tpace1972@charter.net
phone 256-221-7407 central time zone he is located in Alabama.
Some Toyota's and Mazda's 2002 up
Hondas 2007 up
(They have AFR sensors Not O2 sensors These AFR sensors have to be dealt with differently than O2 sensors 20 OHM multi turn Trim pots have to be installed in the A1A+ and or A2A+ wires
set these to app 6 OHM)
Trim Pots available from www.Mouser.com
Part # 652-3006Y-1-200-LF
This trim pot also works In the ground wire of 4 and 5 wire MAF to lean down fuel ratios
set to 5 OHM as a starting point
It has been reported that vehicles using CAN protocol do not respond well to EFIE's.
Now the list of average gains In MPG
Use a single unit on 3.8 ltr and below engines
Use a double unit on 3.9 LTR and larger engines and all Diesels If space allows.
Try to match Ltr output to Ltr engine size not going below 1/2 for best MPG gains
1.2 to 1.8 Ltr Gas 32 to 50%
1.2 to 1.8 Ltr Diesels 38 to 50%
1.9 to 2.5 Ltr Gas 28 to 32%
1.9 to 2.5 Diesels 32 to 48%
2.6 to 3.8 Ltr Gas 28 to 32%
2.6 to 3.8 Diesels 32 to 46%
3.9 to 5.3 Ltr gas 24 to 28%
3.9 to 5.3 Ltr Diesel 28 to 42 %
5.4 to 5.9 Ltr Gas 20 to 24%
5.4 to 5.9 Diesel 28 to 42%
Below is just a quick over view of possibility's
Volvos work great On hho with some of the best gains some have seen 47%
Big trucks with Volvo engines have seen 20 to 30%
Honda civic normal MPG 44 with HHO gains up to 54 MPG
Jeep 4.0 Ltr normal 18 MPG with HHO gains up to 26 MPG
Dodge 5.9 Ltr Diesel normal gains with HHO is 5 to 11 MPG
Dodge 6.7 Ltr Diesel normal gains with HHO is Plus 5 MPG Needs the EFIE
Ford 4.7 Ltr Gas normal MPG 14 With HHO 20 MPG
Ford 5.4 Ltr Normal Gains are Plus 5 MPG
Most all Ag and industrial equipment sees 24% to 40% fuel savings.<no computers>
Due to driving habits your Gains can vary drastically
There is some vehicles that just don't seem to gain MPG no matter what you try!
But a try is better than doing nothing.
The worst case is, you are reducing your emission's and reducing your carbon foot print.
