This is what's called a fully saturated unit.
That means the unit is totally full of water/mix all the time
We have overcome many of the problems with generating HHO
These units only heat up app 30 to 40 deg in operation over 10 hrs of use.
The unit Circulates Mix Via thermal migration.
Down the blue tube in to the main unit.
Then the gas rises back up the red tube carrying liquid mix with it.
This circulation keep the unit Much cooler!
Also the Mix/Separator tank serves multiple purposes
It serves for the Mix storage tank.
It also serves as gas separation.
The circulation of the units dissipates heat.
It also serves as a Bubbler. and Flash arrester. All in 1 unit
In circulating the mix it makes the hydrogen and oxygen bubbles dislodge.
Thus freeing space for more production on the plate surfaces!
So we get more HHO with less amps.
You can use 2 different type of mixes in our units
5% Distilled white Vinegar full strength
or
KOH and distilled water
The Vinegar works well if you can get strong enough mix to get the 8 to 9 amp cold draw
The KOH is caustic but does not get weak and is easy to get correct amps with also you can get app 10% more output using it!

With KOH Amp draw is determined Via strength of the mix. We have you add small amounts in a 1 gallon container pouring it in and testing the amps and working up the strength till you get to the 9 to 10 amp cold amp draw
Then between cleaning times you only add distilled water to the mix tank

IT IS SUPER COMPACT IN SIZE.
Only 12 " tall X 3 1/4" wide
Double unit is 12" tall and 6 1/2" wide
It has a Sseparate Mix/Separator tank
No PUMPS
In freezing weather add 1/2 cup of METHYL alcohol per 1 gal of mix
HEET GAS TREETMENT
This works down to 15 deg F. Below that just drain the system till warmer weather
The more other substances that you put in the unit besides water cuts down on production of HHO but No freezing!

The single unit has been tested and produces +-2 ltr per min of HHO
The tests were done by science department of OSU under same conditions as if mounted in a vehicle operating at 13.8 volts Dc and under the vacuum of 4 oz that is the restriction of the air cleaner.
Double unit output is +- 3.7 ltr per min using vinegar
The double unit output is 4.2 LPM with KOH mix
Single unit amp draw is 16 amps HOT
Double unit draw 14 to 16 amps per cell HOT
The main unit is made out of stainless steel 120 wall.
That's almost 1/8" thick!!
The ends are made out of 3/4" HI temp Reconstituted Nylon End cap colors varies from black to off white

The anode is made up of 20 specialty designed and spaced plates of
stainless steel
Double unit has Twin anodes!
The Mix/Separator tank is custom Blow molded
Has formed in mounting holes
and is around 3/16" thick
The main unit is ease to clean.
It has a petcock in the bottom for easy flush out cleaning
CLICK HERE TO WATCH UNIT IN OPERATION ON YOUTUBE Most all gas fuel injected vehicles will need at minimum an O2 sensor extender to see benefits from the HYDRO SUPER 2. That is because the unit puts more oxygen in to the engine and your O2 sensor will see that extra Oxygen sometimes and that will tell the computer that the engine is running a lean mixture and it then turn up the fuel ratio blanking out the GAINS that the Hydro super 2 is giving you! So what you do is Install the O2 sensor extender it backs the O2 sensor out of the exhaust pipe 3/4 inch so it does not see the extra oxygen in doing that your engine leans it self down and then you see the full benefits of the HYDRO SUPER 2 Mount main HYDRO SUPER 2 unit. Mount Mix/Separator tank. Connect blue tube between bottom of Mix/Separator tank to bottom of HYDRO SUPER 2. Connect red tube to top of HYDRO SUPER 2 to side fitting on mix tank. Connect remaining red tube from top of Mix/Separator tank to air intake of your vehicle. See diagram in instructions for locations. YES UNITS COME COMPLETELY ASSEMBLED AND WIRED ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS MOUNT THE UNITS And 1 HOSE TO AIR INTAKE OF YOUR VEHICLE AND HOOK UP 4 WIRES Start your vehicle. Turn on your dash switch. and watch the flow of HHO in the red line between main unit and the Mix/Separator tank. You will be Amazed at what you see!!!! The big bubbles are Hydrogen. The small bubbles are Oxygen Will Work On fuel injected .
